Using our proprietary manufacturing method cultivated over many years of plum wine pickling technology, we use ``concentrated plum extract'' that extracts a deep flavor and mellow aroma from aged plum wine from Kishu, making it non-alcoholic. We have also achieved a ``taste similar to plum wine that has been carefully marinated.'' Fill a rocks glass with ice and enjoy approximately 4 cups (approximately 70ml/cup).
